I have diabetes but don't really understand it. I know my body is rejecting insulin production or something like that. I'm tired of being overweight and want to lose weight so I just want to know if it's OK for me to do the whole Atkins thing. I went on a soymilk tuna diet for a while and lost a bunch of weight 9before I was diabetic) and would like to do that agin but am not sure how safe it is now that I am diabetic. teh doctors have said that if I lose 100lbs I won't be diabetic anymore and that's what I'm reaching for. I just need some help on what I should eat to shed this weight off ASAP. Thanks!
