So i have come down to two options for a hobby. i have narrowed it down to kickboxing and muay thai. im thinking about these two sports because i want to learn how to fight. i think this will help raise my self esteem and self confidence.my question to you guys is which one of these two is, so to say, easier to learn? i dont have time and want to learn one of these quick and possibly advance in it. im also looking to lose weight and get in shape and be flex able. im looking for examples from people who has expierence. please and thank you. :o)
