My Yu-Gi-Oh Deck..Help me out please?

You already have a lot of cards you need to built a good deck. I think you should buy a Dark Emperor Structure Deck. Then add some of your cards up there to make a good deck. Maybe if you get some Synchro Monster you could make a Dark Emperor Synchro Deck!!!
