Now that Oil estimates in Alaska are 90% less than previously thought, where is next untapped, U.S. reserve?

If there were mive untapped reserves, oil companies would be drilling. It's a farce we ped peak oil in the US decades ago. Cons are basing long term energy strategy on unproven reserves...not smart.
