What is Racial Profiling?

Eric, racial profiling is when an individual in a position of authority, particularly the police, TARGET an individual during the course of performing their duties as officers, solely because of an individuals race, be it Black, White or other. As an example, when the world trade center was attacked, persons of decent from the attacking country were discriminated against and thus targeted. It has occurred to African Americans regularly, yet any race, belief or whatever, can be targeted/profiled.
