It also changes during ovulation and pregnancy. When pregnant, it will be so high up you can barley reach it. It will have mucus in the open ing and should be closing and developing a mucus plug. Now if it is still low and the opening feels like a slit and nothing else except maybe hard then this is not a sign of pregnancy. Also your outside of the will be light purple. You can check this with a mirror.
