What do I do to get out of my own way?

I'm honestly asking this as a serious question. I recently got started with a home based business that allows me to earn money from bills that we all pay... home phone... cell phone... TV... I mean.. it's awesome! BUT I'M NOT DOING WHAT I KNOW I SHOULD!! I know what to do... but I'm just not doing it. Any thoughts on how I can get off my duff and make this happen? I really want it to... but need a nudge! Thanks!
