What foods don't stick around your gut?
I'm an 18-year-old female, 5'4", approx. 109 lbs. Therefore I have no need to lose weight. I'm in extremely good shape because I run 5-7 miles daily (cross country). However, the little body fat that I do have aculates around my waist area. I want to get rid of the fat around my tummy. Think Gwen Stefani's stomach. Because I already exercise a lot, I know there's not a whole much more I can do athletic-wise. What foods should I turn to? I'm fine with eating healthy because I do like healthy foods. It's just a matter of putting away the junk food (I eat a whole lot of it because my metabolism is so fast lol).
