Can someone translate this crochet pattern for me?

The pattern seems pretty straight forward to me. What exactly are you having problems with? If you cannot read the pattern, go to lionbrand yarns and it will help with abberviations. Or, if you are having problems with just getting the pattern as it is written, read the whole pattern through, then just follow 1 line at a time.
