Colored tights and a black dress...am I too old for such a thing?

there is not a cut off age for colors and black to be mixed, with the right jewelry you would be able to come off as fashionable as well as someone who is aware of their age...i do not in anyway shape or form think 23 is too old to be wearing Burgundy tights with a black dress! sounds cute, love the dress ... hope its cute on!
