I am looking for a song, 1980's era .. I believe it was called Carmen .. probably "new wave-ish " Help ?

I think one tiny part of the lyrics had something to do with a girl sitting on a hill ... that's all I remember , other than it was called Carmen .. anyhelp would be greatly appreciated !
