Im completely panicking about this. i dont know what to do?

Calm down sweet, you're gonna be ill. You can do this. You CAN do this and you WILL do this. You have to do it. You have no option. It's got to be done and the longer you delay it the harder it becomes to do it. Now is the perfet opportunity if boyf has offered to stay. How many times is this going to happen when the gad company can visit. You need your boiler fixing so get it done. You're a stong woman, and don't say you're not, we can tell by your vocabulary and eloquence so right, that's the boiler sorted. Now the boiler situation is dealt with, you can get to work on your doents. This needs to get done imminently too so with the extra confidence you've gained by making a decision about the boiler you can make a start on the paperwork. Just think how brilliant you'll feel when you get this sorted in time for weekend. You'll have a fantastic saturday night. Do it!!!!
