My one year old son soon 2 be two will not eat in the last few days?

my son was running a fever of 103. yesterday threw up and has had the runs but my wife brought it to my attention that he hasn't really been eating... so this morning i offered him oatmeal pop tarts cereal dough nuts and nothing pleased him in suggestion
