Someone named Tracy Morgan in the answers community is posting inappropriate questions....How to stop this?

She posted several questions asking whether or not it is okay to sit her child on her lap while she is using the restroom. She also posted a question asking what to do if her child is touching her private parts, and whether or not it is okay to take pictures of her naked child in the tub. I have already reported this person, but if this questions continue,I don't know what to do.....
