What do i do about these booys?!?!?

so i like this kid who is my age but he goes to a diff school & we rly like each other & were pretty much dating but the problem is were not dating! & i want to be his official girlfriend not his unofficial girlfriend!I guess were not dating because we cant drive & we want to make sure we will be able to work(: & theres this kid who recently started talking to me & he flirts every once in a while & they go to the same school but this kid can drive... so we could probe work better but idk what to do i really like the 1st guy but it seems like the 2nd one would make a better guy?
