Why do people think that russian girls are hot and special?

I am not one to be hung up on ones ethnicity, but I think a lot of people dig people from other backgrounds and countries because it is something different or something exotic getting with a person from another country. I am sure as a woman from Russia, you are someone that people where you live now don't deal with regularly.
