Do you find restaurants don't cater for children well?

My daughter 2 (3 in march) doesn't like nuggets,sausage,burgers,pizza or pasta,all the things on kids menus.She likes stew cottage/Shepard's pie curry chilli this is hardly ever on menu's for children.This is in the UK. Do you know a restaurant chain that has a children's menu that would be good for my daughter.
